Thinking about joining a tournament, league, or just not quite sure where you fit for open plays? We're here to help! Pickle and Chill, along with DUPR and My DUPR Coach, is excited to now offer DUPR Coach-Assigned Ratings. In this session, you will be assessed by one of our Certified DUPR coaches, who will evaluate your performance and provide you with a DUPR Coach-Assigned Rating. Your DUPR account will display this rating, which will function as a DUPR rating until your account has recorded sessions. Price: $25 for members / $30 for non-members HOW IT WORKS: This will be a one hour play based assessment. The coach leading the session is a certified DUPR Coach trained to evaluate your current skill level. This information will be uploaded into DUPR and will serve as a starting point before any DUPR match data is added. In this session, you will be assessed by one of our Certified DUPR coaches, who will evaluate your performance and provide you with a DUPR Coach-Assigned Rating. Your DUPR account will display this rating, which will function as a DUPR rating until your account has recorded sessions. Price: $25 for members / $30 for non-members HOW IT WORKS: This will be a one hour play based assessment. The coach leading the session is a certified DUPR Coach trained to evaluate your current skill level. This information will be uploaded into DUPR and will serve as a starting point before any DUPR match data is added. After your session, your Coach will analyze your play and submit a DUPR Coach-Assigned Rating.

Sign up for this program opens 30 days prior to the class. Our Intro to Pickleball lessons are designed for the novice player who would like to learn the basics of the game, or somebody who has not played for a long time and is looking for a refresher before jumping back in. During this two hour session you will learn about scoring, court positioning, rules and some basic strokes. The last part of the session will involve playing some games. Players who have completed the session should feel comfortable jumping into one of our beginning open play sessions. Those looking for more instruction can continue on with our Level 1: Learn-to-Play or Level 2: Skills & Play classes, both of which are four-week sessions. If you do not have your own paddle we will provide one. Please come dressed in comfortable, court clothing, and athletic footwear. **REFUND POLICY** Please note that our system is automatically set up to process cancellations to club credit, allowing users to reschedule their session for a later date. If you do not think you can reschedule and use the club credit, please email contactpb@pickleandchill.com so we can manually refund the charge back to your original form of payment. Our Intro to Pickleball lessons are designed for the novice player who would like to learn the basics of the game, or somebody who has not played for a long time and is looking for a refresher before jumping back in. During this two hour session you will learn about scoring, court positioning, rules and some basic strokes. The last part of the session will involve playing some games. Players who have completed the session should feel comfortable jumping into one of our beginning open play sessions. Those looking for more instruction can continue on with our Level 1: Learn-to-Play or Level 2: Skills & Play classes, both of which are four-week sessions. If you do not have your own paddle we will provide one. Please come dressed in comfortable, court clothing, and athletic footwear. **REFUND POLICY** Please note that our system is automatically set up to process cancellations to club credit, allowing users to reschedule their session for a later date. This 2-week specialty clinic is designed for players at a minimum 3.2 skill level who are ready to learn how to consistently add topspin to their forehand and backhand groundstrokes. Players will focus on proper grip, swing path, contact point, and body mechanics to generate controlled topspin that keeps the ball in play while increasing pace and margin over the net. Through progressive drills and live-ball application, players will not only learn how to execute the topspin groundstroke , but also how to continue working on it and refining it over time .
